WHO TEAM TRAINING IS FOR
FOR HR TEAMS READY TO LEARN TOGETHER
Microsoft Copilot training for HR teams is built for in-house HR teams who want to build confidence and capability with AI together, not as isolated individuals working it out alone.
It sits alongside the Copilot Foundations and the AI HR Accelerator programmes.
Many teams combine the individual programmes to build personal capability, then bring in Team Training so the whole function moves forward at the same pace.
COPILOT FOR HR TEAMS IS FOR YOU IF
Your HR team has patchy or inconsistent AI adoption across individuals
You want a shared baseline of AI skill and language across your function
You need practical, hands-on learning and opportunity identification, not another generic AI webinar
You want buy-in and change management built into the training itself
You are ready to identify and support internal AI champions
QUESTIONS
BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
How is this different from Copilot for HR Foundations programme?
Foundations is a self-paced programme built for individuals. Team Training is a live, hands-on session delivered to your whole team together, building shared skills and a common language at the same time.
Is this the same as an AI Strategy Session?
No. An AI Strategy Session builds your leadership roadmap. Team Training builds your team's hands-on skill and confidence. Many organisations book both, strategy first, then training to bring the team along, although some organisations want to combine the two so each team training session is different and is very much dependent on your needs.
How many people can attend?
Sessions are scoped to your team size. Let us know roughly how many people will be in the room and the session is designed accordingly.
Can this be delivered virtually?
Yes. Sessions can be delivered in person, virtually, or as a mix, whatever works best for your team.
What tools does the training cover?
Training is built around the tools your organisation already has access to, most commonly Microsoft Copilot, alongside an overview of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini where relevant.
How much does it cost?
Investment is from £1,200 for a full day, for teams of up to 10 people. Larger teams and multi-day formats are scoped during the discovery call. Prices are VAT inclusive. Travel is quoted separately for in-person sessions.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Sessions are typically booked six to eight weeks ahead. Occasionally I can turn around a session more quickly, so it's worth asking.
BUILD AI CAPABILITY TOGETHER, NOT APART
Microsoft Copilot for HR teams training is scoped to your HR function. Start with a short conversation, and leave with a session built entirely around how your team actually works.
By the end of the day, your team will:
Have a shared vocabulary for talking about AI use in HR, so meetings stop stalling on definitions.
Have classified their ten highest-effort tasks by AI opportunity and data sensitivity, using a framework they can reuse.
Have built at least one working Copilot workflow that goes live the following week.
Have an AI Action Plan owned by named people, not by "the team".
Know what to do next, without needing another consultant to tell them.
Rethink:Work changes how work happens by helping leaders unlock the Art of the Possible through practical programmes and services, clear frameworks and extensive expertise in both AI and HR.
Based in the UK and built for ambitious HR people everywhere.
