We have never used AI before - is this too advanced for us?

No - this assessment is designed for teams at any stage, from complete beginners to those already using AI tools. The questionnaire adapts to your current level.

Do I need technical knowledge?

Not at all. This is designed for HR professionals, not IT teams. Everything is explained in plain English with practical examples.

What if we don't have a DPO or legal team?

I can still help. The assessment includes governance frameworks you can implement yourself, and I can recommend when you might need external legal review.

Can you guarantee we'll be GDPR compliant?

I provide governance frameworks and risk controls based on ICO guidance, but I'm not a lawyer so can't provide legal guarantees. Most clients work with me to build defensible processes, then get final sign-off from their legal/compliance teams.

How long does the assessment take?

It really does depend on your timescales and availability. Usually, I produce the report in approx. 10 working days but it does depend on complexity. Most clients implement priority workflows within 30-60 days. The full roadmap covers 90 days, but typically you'll see quick wins in the first 2 weeks.

Do you need to see any of our data for the assessment?

I do not need employee identifiable data to complete the assessment. Where examples are helpful, I use anonymised or synthetic scenarios. Any information shared is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of your assessment.
